 SMALL GROUP TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM​

This is our most popular program amongst the ladies. There are different length options, 12 week, 6 month and 1 year. The best package for you will be determined during your consultation based on your goals and current fitness level.

Weight loss and toning are two different actions that can occur simultaneously only with proper nutrition and training. This program combines strength training which tones and shapes the body, with high intensity interval training to accelerate fat loss. On average our ladies lose 10lb and 3-4in off of their waist in the first month!

The reason our women get such amazing results has nothing to do with any product. No waist trainers, no flat tummy teas, no fat burners. Despite what is presented to you by your favorite celebrities, none of their products aid in long term body changes.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We specialize in creating strong, toned women! Our owner, Susan is a former Division I hammer and discus thrower and a competitive powerlifter. She loves breaking barriers and teaching women that lifting weights doesn't make them bulky, but that muscles make curves. You cannot get the bigger butt you want with cardio. With personal training packages, we customize your nutrition plan and workouts to help you create the body and fitness level you desire. We have several women who compete in powerlifting and many who are beginners learning how far they can push their bodies. A personalized plan is great for women who desire one on one attention and have very specific goals or needs. We also work with athletes looking to increase their sports performance.
