You will meet with Better Bodies CEO Susan Ottey who is a former Division I track and field athlete, certified athletic trainer and strength and conditioning coach, and powerlifter in addition to being a mother to a 3 year old. She knows all about that life balance struggle! You will complete a fitness and lifestyle assessment, then go over your specific goals and she will help you build a plan to get you there. She will teach you what foods to eat, how much, when. You'll receive a meal guide and she'll set you up with a nutrition tracker to keep you on track. Then Susan will help you write an exercise plan to help you sculpt your body for the physique you want. You will then have three 45 min one on one sessions with her to learn proper form for those exercises. You will leave with the knowledge and plan to hit your short and long term goals!
