Tired of ups and downs of the dieting? Don't know what exercises you should be doing? Let us EMPOWER you with the tools that you need to live the lifestyle you want. All health programs include a complementary session with a registered dietician, exercise form and program design coaching, access to finance classes, an accountability coach, access to our private facebook group, and a community of women supporting women. After a consultation, we'll match you up with the coach that best suits your personality, needs, and goals. You and your coach will determine your own schedule and personalized fitness plan.

Our most popular program, this option includes small group training sessions that are structured to include both education and a crazy sweat session. We'll teach you proper exercise form, how to write your own exercise routines, and will empower you with the knowledge and experience to feel confident in any gym setting. Morning and evening options available.

For women who want to focus on their personal strength goals in a small group setting. Get the most bang for your buck with a combination of semi personal, custom training with access to all of the benefits of our Transformation Program.

Better Bodies 757 was created because there was a need.
 

There's nowhere else in the 757 to train in a comfortable environment of a gym run by women, for women. We understand your concerns. We understand the unique challenges that women face from unequal workloads at home to harassment in public spaces that are supposed to be safe. We want to give you one less thing to worry about.
