This was day one for these ladies at the Hampton group session. It was hot but they worked hard and got through it, no excuses! I was able to talk with all of them individually about their fitness goals. So excited to be a part of their journey and help their growth! Whether your goal is to be ready for a race, gain strength and muscle tone, or lose weight, I can get you on the right track. It's hard to get started and gyms can be intimidating when you're not quite sure of yourself. We start where you're comfortable and work to push you outside of that zone. I promise you are stronger than you think, mentally and physically. You just need that push and a little guidance. Trust me, I was where you were at one point.
